I want to hook something up to the inputs free'd up by removing my CDC-3 6 disk cd player. BUT, the head unit knows it's missing and won't allow the cd player input to be used.

Is there a SIMPLE way around this? I know I could leave the player in with a single CD in it, but this seems like a hack. There must be some way to trick the system into thinking the CD player is there so I can use the RCA jacks for an input of my other source.

Anyone have any ideas?
