Are all the Seattle peeps in this thread Fiat junkies as well? My first car was a '72 124 Spider. God I was a little punk

No offense to the op, but John Walker would not let this car anywhere near his shop as long as he had air in his lungs. In fact I would be surprised if you were able to successfully drive by twice within 5 minutes in both directions on Greenwood past his shop with all 4 tires intact

Nice ride.
BTW - from John Walkers website
"John works on air-cooled Porsches only."

I was in Chris's on Friday and have to say they are leading the way in diagnostics on the water cooled. OMG I cant really elaborate on this but what I saw on the variocam and variocam plus diagnostics was simply mind blowing! Truely the best shop for your car (and mine!) they are doing SO much right now...this week, this month, this year.... its amazing - any locals NOT using them just dont know what you are missing...and without a doubt in my mind there is no way these things could be done at home... some things require the best tools available in the best hands with the most experience... dont know how to express that enough. I am a customer for life!
