Default Valley European Auto Service

Has anyone ever been here?

Valley European Auto Svc Inc 818-787-7187 6034 Hazeltine Ave. Van Nuys, CA 91401

I found it on LN Engineering's dealer section of their website, so figured it should be good.

I'm taking my car there for an oil change (yes I can do it myself, but I don't have any space), they are only charging $150, which seems like a good deal considering all the dealers and porsche owners club places around here charge $250 and higher.

so, have them done the LN bearing upgrade before? the price for your oil change seems pretty fair.

Default Porsche Repairs

After being screwed by Red Line Service in Santa Monica and again by Werks 11 in Burbank my 1974 Porsche Carrera was a mess. Valley European had to rebuilt engine, suspension, electrical and carbs. Around $18,000 and three month out the door. Unlike Werks 11 where car was in shop over year and a half, $24,000.00 plus and car still not running, another $20,000 + to file law suit and get car towed out of shop. Could of saved major money and years, but there are a lot shoddy repair shops out there, your safe at Valley European Auto, one of the few honest shops out there.

I'm not sure who made the original post, but I know a couple of people who have had work done there with Fred, and they seem satisified with the work.

My personal choice for that area is Hauer's German Car Service. Jules the owner is very meticulous and his prices are reasonable. Jules never takes on more work then he can handle. He works on all Pcars, but his speciality is the 928. He is located on Sepulveda just north of Sherman Way.
