Default WTB: Interior Items - 996

I have a 40th anniversary coupe. Would like to replace the following items.

- Front Floor Mats
- Front Seats - Power Comfort Seats or Sport Seats with Painted Back
- Driver and Passenger Door Panels - Leather
- Trim Piece - shaped like horse shoe that goes around nav unit and near center a/c vents.

PM me if you have a lead on any of these items.

P.S. - Also looking to purchase a Cayenne S. Black/Black or White/Black. Not sure yet between 2006 or 2008. PM me if anyone has a lead on one.

A 40th Jahre has Natural Grey interior. Only real options for finding parts that match is to order from the dealer or find another Jahre to get them from. Floor mats and the center surround shouldn't be that hard or expensive to buy new.

Natural Grey was offered on some Boxster years, too, I think. That might open things up a bit.

It was an option on 996's too, just how many people ordered it? There were 0 dealer or factory pre-specs with it. The cost was do high for it that it was really prohibitive. The Boxster 550 had it (or Cocoa). With the Jahre or 550, how many of those cars are people going to remove the door panels or floor mats? Pretty much a nil chance on that one. I have seen a couple Jahres where they did upgrade the seats to Euro GT3s, so it may not be an impossible task finding seats.

The other option is to just find a pair of power or sport seats in really any color. You can buy the plastic pieces for the seat in natural gray new and have the leather dyed the correct color. There are some companies that can paint the seatback GT Silver (if they are sport seats). Did your car have memory controls? If so the correct seats are power/comfort buckets. Otherwise it originally had sport buckets. Unfortunately, I don't think there is any way to make the car color correct without a deep checkbook.
