AOS-air/oil seaparator location????

Default AOS-air/oil seaparator location????

i searched and kinda know where it is located...my question is how many AOS is on the engine...1 for each bank or just a single one for the 2 banks...Next question, to they go to each side/bank of the intake manifold,or just on one side...

HOPE TO GET INFO ON THIS...thanks guys....

you have (1) AOS
it goes to the block

it is located about where the drivers side rear passenger's mid back would be... but on the other side of the seat (obviously) even if you know where it is, seeing it w/o some removal of parts or having the car in the air is VERY difficult!

Lots of DIY's on that part.

Starter or AOS problems can be calculated by taking the year you were born subtracting the date you last dropped your transmission and multiplying by -0.08. The final number is the number of months till failure.

For me that would be roughly three months.

I am no math wizard, but that means you either have a negative age OR you miscalculated and you are 3 months PAST DUE for the failure

I misread.... year born minus year pulled is a neg number....... my bad! (thought age time -0.08)

If that is how you calculate iwhether a part will fit on your Porsche or not, then that explains a lot!
