whats wrong with all seasons? Did I put a set of Bowbows on my car or what? Or is this more like a Pocket Protector?

Those who run dedicated snows will give you crap, and those that run dedicated summers will do the same. All seasons tend to yield a comprimise tire, giving up something in the process.

...in Minnesota in the winter. You're getting flak because you paid all this money for a super-high-performance sports car, and then put on tires that don't give you nearly the performance you paid for. All of us have to compromise at some point or we'd be running racing slicks, but generally speaking, you want to run a nice sticky extreme performance summer tire, not an all season.
Please tell me it's not a 60,000 mile tire
Anyhow, my advice is to forget about the alignment. If your old tires wore right, it's fine and wouldn't have changed getting new tires mounted. What's the worst that could happen, you wear them out quickly and have a great excuse to replace them with some star specs or RE11s?

Hey Shark back to the alignment thing, I wouldn't take the car there even if they would give in. I suspect they'd just throw a generic alignment on and possibly not toe the rears right if at all. Go ahead and do a super alignment from a real deal porsche place.
