The driver's name was Tetsuya Ota. He survived with severe burns, and there was a huge controversy afterward about the actions of the officials. They obviously acted like total f*&%ing idiots. They say that they initially ignored his car because they just automatically assumed he was dead.

what's interesting (if you can say that about it) is how small of a problem somethings that are "hot topics" in the news are when compared to some other things that we just dont hear about... that site was found by my son when he was doing some homework. I really think it is good, but questions the accuracy
for example compare gonorrhoea to traffic accidents is 2:1, yet its not in the news at all
malaria is 20:1... whenis the last time you saw "breaking news" over that?
