Default 996 side skirts

I just got my 2001 c2, I've been looking arounds but can't find anything on side skirts. Are there oem turbo or sport side skirts that can be installed on a cab?

The side skirts in the link are MK I skirts which are for the '99 - '01 models.

Mine aren't OEM, but I'm pretty happy with the way they came out...

Pete,

These are fiberglass, but I know they also have them in urethane. I got them from betterbodiesmotorsport.com here near San Diego. I've heard all the crap that has been said about fiberglass, but if you have a quality body shop do the work AND you let them take their time (about 8 weeks for me) you really can't tell the difference. Like I said, I'm really happy with the result.

I just want to install the side skirts, but not the aero front or rear. Has anyone done this? I don't want it to look weird, but I dont really want the whole aero kit look.

You can just buy the side skirts, they were even in the tequipment catalogs when the cars were new. For a factory look the MK1 and MkII types are your options.

I think they look out of place without the aero front bumper, but there a lot of cars that came with just the side skirts installed.

The full aerokit may look funny on a cabriolet

They won't look any stranger thatn Ed's GT2 wing did on his N/B '99 996.

Seriously, the side skirts will look good on your car.
