I've had good luck with Turtle Wax rubbing compound and polish. Depending on how clouded or scratched your lenses are to start with, start with the more aggressive paste and work back to the final finish, just like you would on your paint.
Good Luck!

My 02 C4S lights are clear but I have used 2000-3000 grit wet sand followed by a 3M plastic polish with exceptional results on several cars including a 2005 M3.

We did the same thing on my daughter's ML320. Her headlights were all yellowed out and now they look like new.

I used this on my Jaguar S-Type headlights lenses when they became cloudy and had yellowed. It worked extremely well. I loaned the bottle to a friend who had a 6-year old daily driver (Nissan) with the same problem. He was very pleased with the results, too.

I tried meguirs with 5 coats and didnt see any difference. I then tried mothers plastic polish and it worked better for me. Dry sand the lens first using 400 then wet sand with 1000,1500,2500 then the plastic polish products mentioned. Dont use rotary tool for sanding or you might end up melting the lens.
