Default Front Cowl Water Drain

Is there more than one water drain in the front cowling?

I found one that became plugged and luckily using a finger to plunger it worked good enough to clear the debri that had clogged it. I figure it was some leaves that had managed to cause trouble in there.

The passenger side drain was plugged. I found another spot on the drivers side but it doesn't have a tube attached. Should that hole have a tube attached?

On the picture to the left and by the firewall is one drain. Then there is another to the right of the battery near the firewall. I never saw them in the manual but of course that doesn't mean there isn't coverage of the subject.

I am a little concerned about the passenger side hole not having a tube routing water to the underside. Tonight I gues I'll set a flashlight on the drivers side hole and look inside the car and under it to see where light is visibly coming through if at all possible. Kind of something I just figured out I better sort out.
