I was checking out some 996 GT3's on Ebay and looking at a few i notices some of them have Diffrent Door Panels, see pic for Refrence both are 2004's... Pic One looks like One Peice Panel with no Stitching and Pic 2 looks like a Two Peice Panel with Stitching... My 2004 C4S has the Pic 2 Door Panel... Anyone have Any idea's?
Only thing i can think of the Pic 2 Door Panel is a Full Leather Option... I have never seen a Smooth Door Panel

Exactly. Pic #2 is from a car with the full leather interior option.

Zook,
our C4S' came with full leather as standard. That's why the panel difference, but that #2 photo can't be of your car 'cause it's missing the Bose speaker.

the 996gt3rs has the smooth door...... it is for the lightweight, stripped down models.

From the looks of that car, I don't think Ed actually "bought" them, he just helped himself! Originally Posted by Barn996
