Does anyone know where I could get a replacement switch cover for my passenger side seat? I called LA Porsche Auto Dismantlers but they said that they will only sell the whole seat. I figure someone must have seats that are damaged and willing to part with the switch cover.

Wrecking yard where the left or right seat was damaged bad would seem the easiest. Well easy till you hear the price.

I need the same part, except in tan. Went to the dealer - they looked it up and it was something like $20~40. Can't remember off hand, but it was a ridiculous price for a .50 piece of plastic (that always breaks).
I've decided to try to fix the piece I have.

That same part was missing from my car when I bought it. Parts Heaven had one for $10 and I got it in a couple of days - give them a try. (800) 767-7250

there is a want to buy section here.... must be a member to access. $17 membership might get you a $10 switch. or you can look at it as a $27 switch....
