Im reading lots of posts about how those wont fit but there are some post saying they will... looking for fellow members who actually run this offset

- That rim is only 10.5" wide (with 11's you stick out an additional 0.25")
- That car is only running with 275's on the rears (Not the right tire for a 10.5" and really wrong for an 11" wheel)
Just looking at that car that's pictured you can see that it will clearly rub if the rear suspension gets any significant compression or if the car is lowered.
Aggressive rear camber could help, but it looks very marginal to me.

You will have a problem with the offset. Those wheels are made for a wide body: Turbo or C4S. I have a set of CCW 3-piece classic race wheels that have 18x11 rears, but they have a lot more offset than that. You need to look for a 65+ offset.

I guess it depends on how much you want to spend modifying the rear. Some of the guys drag racing call it making tubs in the back. Some times just taking the plastic wheel well skirts out fixes rubbing. I'm not sure on the 911 though.
For fact Ritter v3.8 is running GT3 rims (11") with 275/30 18's. He has a fancy suspension taking care.
Another racer Riter runs with is using 315/30 18s on 12" rims that fit with pruning which he is going to do to his car. He says it gives fantastic grip. So what's a guy to do? Stick to plain jane or go for the gusto? It's a costly gusto
Move in next to Tim the tool man Taylor and you can do it in the garage and have your car looking like Ritter v3.8's car.
