Default Loose Rear Bumper Cover

I recently removed the bumperetts (2001 Cab) to send them out to Bumper Plugs for matching paint. While doing that I noticed the rear bumper cover was loose on the bottom. It appears that there are 2 locations on each far end where there is a speed nut but no sheet metal screw. It also looks like there are places along the rear where some sort of lip or trim should slip over the cover and metal shell under it. Am I missing a trim part or do I just have a couple of "screws loose"? And ... Is there some sort of accessory that I should buy to install there? Thanks ...

Try going through my guide https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...p-by-step.html to see if there is something missing.

No, I don't have a parts breakdown... Is it on this site? Or downloadable?

Let me know if the black skirt is in on the microfiche. I think it might be a hawaii specific skirt required by the missionaries that came here screwing up the hawaiians

Pelican is a good source for part # and diagram.
