1 - The theme song from the movie Cars (Real Gone, Cheryl Crow)
2 - The song from Ferris Beullers Day off (where the valet parking guy steels the car) I think it's by Yellow and called The Race
3 - Fat Bottomed Girls - Queen

I have three for your consideration:

Led Zeppelin: Custard Pie
Weezer: Pork & Beans
Boston: More Than a Feeling

Enjoy!

I can always remember booming across the Autobahn when I hear those electronic train sounds, ha.

"6,000 to 7,500 RPM" by Variocam.

Only trumped by "7,000 to 8,500" in a GT3!!

My God...how old are you people??

J/K - there are actually some great tunes here... but you've got to admit, quite a number of these suggestions are (how should I put this?) "Old school"...

Well, bobby, to answer your question honestly, I don't really have any one specific tune - I've got thousands that meet the needs of my mood, and my drive (I specifically mix "Drive" CDs). I even have the iplod(sic) connectors to make sure I have at least a *little* something of everything. If it's a night drive through the city, you can usually count on Vangelis' Blade Runner Soundtrack. I will also give my girl's christening track:

Aerosmith - Sweet Emotion

Enjoy.

Dave! - I was unaware they enjoyed techno in Alabama... isn't that a hanging offense? (you rebel, you)
I *love* Marc's list, BTW...
