I'm searching for the right PN for the rear brake pad vibration damper for my '01 Cab.

Pelican site lists two part numbers.
Which size is correct? 30mm or 28 mm?

Supply VIN to dealership parts counter and have this looked up. Porsche dropped the vibration dampener for some models (my 02 Boxster for one). It may not longer be required for your 01 Cab.
