I work with a guy who used to valet in college. What do you think happens when you hand over the keys to a Murcielago to a college kid?
Yeah, talking to him makes me terrified of ever using valet again.

I worked as a valet at a high-end residential building when I was in college. I regularly parked Porsches, Rolls Royces, etc. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I never did any of that crap! I just parked the car!

I virtually always valet my car. And I actually valet parked at the Adam's Mark hotel here in Dallas in the last couple years as well! [not sure if they used the same company] Good news is that 9 times out of 10 the car stays up front by the entrance of the mall/restaurant/shop whatever.
And honestly, life is too short to worry about people peeling out in my car. It probably happened to me, but c'est la vie.
