$18-20k. It does have records. Color? Can make a difference.
Sounds like base stock.
This is a tough time of the year to sell.

The replacement engine has real value IMO. I don't think the asking price is way out of line if it's a clean 99'.What do you think of the price?

i wish i could pay $14k for it but i doubt he would sell it 9k below his asking price.. its a dark blue car with tan interior... its very clean and i do like the new engine installed at 30k miles especially after reading all the stories on here... it does have the litronics, cd changer, tape deck that folds down...

$21K for the OP's car in question

If that's a little too high I will make you a deal on one with just a few more miles

I say 20k! That 3.6 for #20,993 is a good deal.. wonder what happened to it... The previous CL list looks pretty good too..

I say $20K as well. The new motor makes it worth buying.

I almost bought a super low option 99 with a new motor earlier this year for $22K but I bought a low option 02 with a new(ish) motor for $26K instead.

No regrets buying the MkII car. It's a really good car. Not just good for what it is, it's just really good. I love my 996.

Sounds like a great car at a good price, if it's what you want.

Litronics were a pretty pricey option, wish I had them....

Probably about $21K. The guy that said $14K is full of crap. If a 99-01 exists for under $15K, it probably has high miles, or needs serious work. If I am wrong, show some examples. I wonder what makes some of us pricing experts, anyway? I actually owned a 99 C2 Cab, so I think I know something, maybe not much
