Default Book: Porsche - the Fine Art of the Sports Car

I visited Borders tonight and was excited to see a new Porsche coffee table book on the shelves (about $20). The photography was great and it provided a nice review of Porsche history - both on the track and off.

However, the book skips from the earliest Boxster to the 2007 GT3 and then to the later Boxsters. I was unable to find the 996. There was a decent amount of 997 information, but no 996.

That was a deal-breaker for me. Don't get me wrong - I love the other Porsche models, but that's a big hole in the pictorial narrative. I already have a couple great Porsche coffee table books anyway.

I was just given this to me for my birthday. Haven't had a change to look through it but you're welcome to borrow it Bob.
