Default Service Manual Advice

I want to do some of the maintenance on my 2001 Cab. What book should I buy for intructions and who is the best vendor?

Here's a link to a thread that I posted about the same thing. It contains a link to where you can download all the Porsche manuals for free...amazing. I always used the "Bentley" manual for my bimmers.

Factory service manual in PDF format.

Also, the 996 Essential Companion book looks like it could be good (I got a copy but haven't looked at it much.)
