Default Has anyone tried the PIWIS BZ408 diagnostic?

Found this online:
http://www.obd2tech.com/33-porsche-t...c-scanner.html

Has anyone tried this unit? Why is it so cheap...is it a knockoff?
Am I better off with a Durametric?

Never mind. just ordered the durametric.
Read that the so called piwis $120 units are cheap chinese knockoffs with very iffy results

Does anyone know if a PIWIS cable (with USB connect) along with the 19 pin round adapter cable work for checking codes and resetting indicator lights (e..g., air bag/seatbelt)? Here are links to what I'm looking at

I know it looks sketchy but the two cables and CD with software (I assume) is only $70 total. Thanks for any feedback.
