Thanks Ed, mucho appreciate the offer. I found a place that has some that I MIGHT be able to get free shipping from since I need to order some other general maintenance items too. Free shipping might offset the higher oil cost. I forgot I need to change out my front-axle drive oil too, so that's another 1.5L. But, 2 gallons should do the trans and the front axle no problem (2.7L + 1.5L) since that's only about 5qts.

I'll let you know soon if I need to take you up on your offer.
BTW, I'm flying up to see my folks in Gig Harbor in November. If I was taking my P-car, I'd see if we could gather up some WA folks for a little drive.

No, I was born and raised in Fontana, CA, and moved to San Diego about 10 years ago (about 100 miles south of Fontana).
My folks retired to Gig Harbor about 10 years ago, as they both love the rain and yearned for green surroundings and WA's beautiful countryside. Gig Harbor is a great little town.

I too LOVE the rain (and WA for that matter). If I ever move from San Diego, it's going to be up to WA. I did some graduate school in OR, and loved it. I really do love the rain, no matter how much people can't believe it. They're like, "give it a few months, and you'll hate it" and I'm like, "wanna bet?".
