Default Left hand turn engine bogging down

At my DE this weekend my engine bogged down on one hairpin that featured a left hand uphill turn. At the time an orange triangle light flashed on. Happened on full and 1/4 tank and lasted about 3 seconds each time. I'm sure I'm the only one who doesn't understand the phenomenon but if one of you guys would explain it to me I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Consult owners manual to see what the definition of the warning triangle is but I think you'll find it related to the car's traction/stability control system.

One of these intervened and the "bog" was the engine's power being momentarily reduced.

Sincerely,

Macster.
