just a word about my experience with the vendor.

i accidentally ordered the wrong rear pads for my car and have left messages and email to the proprietors of hawkpadsdirect.com for a return authorization so i can exchange the pads. so far no response since Friday.

hawkpadsdirect.com does business as kingtek performance. they shipped on time with no issues, but their follow up service is pitiful.

i figure if i get not response by tomorrow, i'll be contesting the charges on my AMEX.


EDIT: got an email back from them and all is well.
