Haven't been to a dyno, but my 3rd gear tops out well before 128mph on the track.

Yeah, just came home from some errans. 126 with the top down.

So if 4th isn't 1:1 then 3rd is? Does 4th give me less hp to the wheels than 3rd or vice versa?

I missed this post.. So what where your (SAE) dyno numbers and what's your limiter raised to?

My recent dyno pull was in 5th because it was late and we were all in a hurry to get out of there. With my raised rev limiter I spun the dyno to 162 which is not necessary. 4th would be just a good to get a smooth pull.

There is no 1:1 for your car.

How are you dealing with the CEL for the secondary O2 sensor? Or did you just bypass cats for the dyno run?

just the cat bypass pipes. I have had them on since the beginning of spring. No spacers on the 2ndary O2 sensor and the only CEL I have thrown for the cat was the night after my dyno pulls as I was pulling into my street nearly 3 months after they were installed.

It causes me no grief that once in a blue moon I have to read the code and clear the CEL light with a basic code scanner.

These numbers are depressing considering that's a "normal" 3.6 when comparing to what my 3.4 made at the wheels. (246 I think) More and more non-X51 3.6 cars making 300whp these days which I think is an outstanding number.

Yeah, 299whp (SAE) is very nice I only made 275whp (SAE). I have Giac, evo intake, GHL, RSS Plenum.

I've driven fast enough to know that it will not reach 180+mph.

I just performed a test on my way home and I couldn't get 128 mpg in any gear. With a light throttle the best I could get was in the 30's in 6th gear....
