Default Thnking about new cab top

My seal grey 2003 cab has a grey top which is showing a lot of wear. I have tried cleaning it but still looks the same. I am thinking about replacing it with an aftermarket black top and would like recommendations on where to get the top and if I should switch to black or stay with a new grey top. Will black show less fading and wear? Will it look odd as my interior is grey and the area where the rool bars pop out is grey. Any good installers in the Kansas City area? Thanks for your advice

Wow. At those prices, I'd stick with OEM. I got mine for around 1700 and 400 for the plastic window. In the end, I'd skip the OEM plastic window and just have the shop sew in a new one since its the same and cheaper. G/L.

It might show less fading because there is no black on the car or interior to compare it too when it does fade.

I just had mine replaced with a Gahh OEM style top including a sewn in plastic window for $1,600 installed. I believe your OEM style(2002+ 996's) would be a glass window so I'm not sure how that works.
