raggtopp is generally considered the best, makes it look like new
make sure you mask off the paintwork and glass with painters tape, the box says you can just wipe of the excess...you can but it takes forever and a lot of muscle

I'd recommend 3-4 light coats of Ragg Topp. With about a 30 minute dry time between coats. If the top is new, you should not need the cleaner. Let dry/cure for a good 24 hours before seeing any elements. Then just clean with water, NO soaps, and keep dust and dirt off after washing with a sticky tape roller.
After washing, I dry my top, and entire car off, with a leaf blower.
