Passenger Door Issue
grrrrrrr, i just picked up my car from my Dealer on Friday Evening after a month getting the Tranny Rebuilt and now my Passenger Door f'ed up on me...
The Door wont open from outside. When i pull the handle the Window goes down but no Click and Door does not open... It opens fine from Inside... it was fine all Weekend.
Any Idea's? i have CPO, will it be covered under that? Thanks

The latch arm that pulls on the mechanism likely popped off and just needs to be popped back onto the actuating rod. The window microswitch is totally separate, which is why your window goes down; and the inside handle is separate, too. Ought to take 15 min or so to fix!

I see, yea the Handle Pull outside is Very Free. Its like Child lock but from the Outside lol...

Okay got it fixed at my Dealer. my Service Rep dint charge me anything for it... the Service Tech told me the Hook just came off the Latch... Ither it was not put very well at the Factory or someone tried to break in...
