Got around to doing some initial mods, I wanted, this past weekend. I won't say it was hot, down in south Louisiana...but I did have to use the wet-vac on the carpet, after the pedal install. ![hiha](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/roflmao.gif)
Alright, first was some bumper plugs, to clean up the front-end. Easy enough...., and btw officer, no that is not what you think it is, sticking out of my bumper.![Big Grin](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

I also added some aluminum gauge rings. Nice easy mod, but wish they were just a tad less shiny, to match the other brushed aluminum in the car.

Lastly, I added some aluminum pedals. I really like the look of these on my car. Adds some visual impact on that dark floor (black pedals/black carpet), and matches well with the Artic Silver on Black, plus some of my interior accents.

Nice job. Looks great.
Is that a satelitte receiver below your stock stereo? How did you mount it so cleanly?

Yeah Ed, got both the pedals and gauge rings from an Ebay seller, here in Louisiana. Seller's handle is " sportscarextras ". Here's a link. The gauge rings were aluminum, not plastic and the pedals are about 4 ml thick. Both items are made in Tawian, but good quality. Had to snip one of the gauge rings, a little, for a perfect fit and the brake pedal (for a tiptronic), isn't curved as much as the original, so that wasn't a perfect fit, but still doable.

Nice job! I've been looking at the same for my AS cab... Your's is the fourth painted center console I've seen and I'm really liking that. Other than the gauge rings, is there anything else you're going to go aluminum on? Did you remove the gauge, or install the rings while it was in place?
Thanks for sharing the pics.
