Um, I've got an '04 with 3400 miles - but I think I want a bit more than "low $30's." Haven't advertised it at this point, but would entertain serious offers for probably the lowest mileage, most pristine 4S in the US.

Really thinking of selling your car, Phil?

The OP should add "no mechanical over-revs" to his list.

White, grey, silver or black? Boring!

Go for some color, like Speed Yellow, Forest Green Metallic, Cobalt Blue Metallic... or my favorite, Midnight Blue Metallic.

Low 30k? Then don't forget to add "over 100k miles" and "driven hard".

Yeah, then Phil's car would pass that criteria also. An over-rev" for Phil is anything over 3,500 RPM.

If the price is right - the car's the one for someone who simply wants the best. It's essentially a time capsule 4S in a great color, very nicely optioned, maintained and garaged. Just not driven a whole lot. On (rare) occasions, I've even driven it fairly hard - yes Tim, even revved to >3,500! But, I understand today's market is very tough. Porsche built many 996's - they have no collector car value or status, and are meant to be driven. If I sell, I'd be taking a significant loss over my purchase price (car listed at around $94K, and I bought it in 2006), but someone would get a wonderful car at a fair price given it's condition, options, etc. It's basically new.

Phil, you might as well keep the car and sell it in 20 years for some real ROI.

3400 miles... good lord.

Riad, in 20 years, I'll probably be pushing up daisies, or at least planting them.
