Do Not Buy from this Guy.
He tried ripping me off until Paypal intervened. I still lost shipping $ send him the crap wheels back.
What the ad does not state is the other rim is cracked in multiple places on the backside.

I have not been on Rennlist in a very long time but I am totally perplexed at the fact that you even made this post. Notably, those rims and tires are obviously beat in every possible way and why would you expect anything else or even be amazed that something was left out. I honestly would encourage you to never even consider a purchase like that ever again. Why would you spend the time and effort to own and take care of such an upper caliber car while risking installing one or repairing the other to use on your own personal car. It is very evident that that seller has trashed and abused everything about those rims and tires but you should not even consider applying those problems to your car or risk the safety of yourself or family. Not trying to come across as picking on you in any way, but take a step back and really look at it. Count your blessing that you got away from that and I am personally glad that it went that way for you as you completely eliminated the risk of taking a more dangerous situation.
You can take a dent out of a fender ad comfortably go 150 mph hour the day after it is fixed but trust me, if I crated a rim, I will do 150mph the day after the new rim is on and the old one is in the garbage. Peace.

I'll explain it to you guys.....
The seller misrepresented the state of the wheel. A bent wheel can (sometimes) be fixed for street use (I'd never use it on the track), but several cracks indicate massive metal fatigue and the wheel is only suitable for holding a garden hose now.
Ease up on judging the OP for making an initial decision that you wouldn't make when he is simply trying to let you know about a vendor who misrepresents the state of products he's selling.

I was just trying to save a fellow RLer the hassle that I went through. If you ask the Seller if the 'other' rim is straight, round and not cracked, I bet he will lie to you to get the sale. He did that with me and BTW I need only 1 good rim at the time.
The problem with Rennlisters sometimes is they JUMP onto another person case without understand fully what was being conveyed. Should we not share info that might help out another fellow member?
