I have a Nuvi 660 with a friction mount but with my driving and the slope of the dash it doesn't work that well.

This one seems interesting. You plug the Garmin into the cigarette lighter and adjust the gooseneck as you desire, and then plug the power for the Garmin into the socket on the end of the mount.
