How many days? Where did you both fit all your stuff? I filled a 5 series two people three days to Niagara on the Lake.

Three Wheelin'
Normally I pack "backpacking" light. I figure that if I forgot something, I can buy it on the way.

One large duffel-style bag behind us with the rear seat backs down, plus another small soft bag beside it, and another piece of overnight luggage in the trunk. I also packed with it a small backpack with essentials (breaker bar & 19mm socket, quart of oil, tire pressure gauge, small plastic bottle to top up coolant reservoir).
We squeezed some smaller stuff either below the seat backs, or on the shelf in the rear window area behind the seats. Obviously no golf clubs etc., but we did manage to squeeze in 6 bottles of wine from our Napa excursion
It was a challenge as we don't tend to travel light, but we didn't have any problems.
