OT: Anyone want to take part in the Gumball Rally?
I hear that one of the magazine editors is in need of an SUV sized vehicle at short notice - to take part in the Gumball rally that starts in Santa Monica on Saturday.
Ideally a Range Rover or LR3, but any brand would be welcome at this point - owner can get access to some of the rally etc, get their vehicle on TV etc etc.
Car would be out for 2 weeks crossing the US and then shipping back.
Any takers?
Last years was good - with plenty of Porsche representation (see below)
Anyone local to Santa Monica interested?

I wouldn't recommend anyone participating with this reckless group as most of them are untrained drivers racing at very high speeds on public roads putting many innocent people at risk.
These two clowns fled the scene after wrecking their Porsche into another car and killing a woman.
