Default Looking for a set of good used tires

I know, I should just break down and get another set of new tires, but for now I'm looking for a set to get me by. My fronts 225/40's are cracking between the tread I'm currently running Yokohama's and would settle for just the fronts since the rears are still in great shape, but I'd take all 4 if they are the same brand and have good tread.

Anyone have an extra set stacked in the garage?

You could always buy a new set of Sumitomo HTR Z III tires. You can have four new ones installed in the sizes above for roughly $700. Might be better than buying used ones.

The Sumitomo tires suck period. I fail to see how this forum believes they have grip or are worth buying.

I have a set (2 tires) of 235/40/18 Michelin PS2s (N2 spec) with 4mm left if you are interested. $115 shipped. IIRC you'll need an 8" rim.

Hi Dan,

That's the price I was hoping for, but I wanted the same brand as rears
