Other obsessions/hobbies in addition to your Pcar

Skiing, fly fishing, watches (I have a particular thing for Omega watches... not sure why, they are just my favorite), guitars.
All of these things come after my family... I tend to get into whatever my boys are interested in. This explains why I have been playing the PS3 quite a bit lately...

Let's see - I moonlight as a high school varsity football coach, powerlifting (more coaching than lifting these days, getting way too old to do more than one meet a year), on occasion I help out some of my buddies as a substitute martial arts instructor (too many interests to take on my own students - FMA, sticks and edged weapons),

FPS (First Person Shooter for you older guys not in the know) Gamer. I'm also an avid autocrosser and like to attend DE's when budget allows.
I used to offroad almost every weekend in college with my old jeep but time and budget don't allow me to have 2 car obsessions/hobbies. LOL

Lol - yeah, of course!
Funny thing though... I'm as "guarded" disclosing these hobbies as I am disclosing that I have a p-car... I don't want to get labeled "macho" because I have fun doing these kinds of things any more than I want to be labeled as "rich" because I finally have my dream car; both of which are highly inaccurate, if not incomplete adjectives... and it's interesting how you end up compartmentalizing your life so these pieces of your life stay segregated... for example, none of my martial arts friends know or care about the football thing, anymore than the softball people know or care about the martial arts stuff, or the martial arts guys about my p-car... I guess that's okay, otherwise we'd all be a string of adjectives; teenage mutant ninja turtles... or middle-aged, self-indulgent, naively-in-denial, german-car obsessed nutjobs... (hey, I represent that remark!)
It's all good!
