Default Need help with valuation

My business partner's friend is selling his brother's 2001 996 cab (as part of a personal bailout). Guards Red/Black 33K miles. He wants $32K for it - the car is apparently in great condition. I don't know about specifics on options, but would this seem to be a fair price for the car?

Yes, this would be a good price to start, for a seller. He should eventually see it sell for 28k-30k, IMO.

Hello,

How many miles are on the car? Does it have any special options? Does have it the hard top? Are there records?

If the car is low miles, has good options (18" wheels, full leather, PSM, Xenon lights, etc) then the price is OK. If not, it's too high.

FYI, you can find lots of 2002 cab's with 60 or so K miles for under $28,000

$28-31K is the range for average to high retail. Red does not usually command high retail.
