OT, but what's wrong with supporting Internet Brands? Do you believe a corporation has no employees? Does it not deserve to get paid for it's service?

I believe IB should collect money from advertisers, not users. The policy carried over from the privately owned Rennlist days, it's not an IB requirement, it's just icing on the cake for them. I pay money for other forums (S2KI as an example) but it's to support the site's private owners, instead of "the man"

And I'm not saying that everyone should stop paying, but at this point I don't see the membership as a benefit to rennlist's improvement so I'm personally a lot less likely to pay for a membership. I certainly don't see anything wrong with others who feel the same way, nor do I feel that it makes the content posted by regular "users" to be less valuable to the community.

And maci, my posts on other IB owned forums are more valuable to them than your $17.50 a year is.

I don't have a 996, that would be obvious if you look at my other posts on here. I'm looking for one, but haven't found the right car yet. I'll be sure to post pics when I do. It won't have any of the ricer parts you post about on it I'm sure most 996 owners won't like me, I don't care about my cars being clean, as long as they are mechanically perfect and get driven on as many tracks as possible.

BTW, you should really get that front bumper fixed, or maybe it's just the pic, but the alignment on that bumper looks really bad. I'm not trying to be an *** either, it just looks like a really bad repair from a front end wreck.

Here's my last autocross/hpde car which I sold a few months ago. Not a p-car obviously, but you'll notice a lack of ricer mods too.

Is it just me or has this forum gone down the crapper with these stupid threads?

what's really bad is when a "USER" can see how stupid a thread is

(trust me Dave, I wont hold your status against you... but SOMEONE keeps pointing it out as if we all should somehow be mad at your status and somhow because you are a user you dont have a valid opinion or insight.)

What an *******.....just because you contributed a few dollars to a site doesn't make you superior to someone who didn't, or just because you own a Porsche doesn't make someone who doesn't own one a dreamer. Anyone can afford a 911 today. I guess that's probably how we have some Porche owners on this board with little respect for other fellow members. Some people can't be "all that" if they can't even compose a simple post with correct grammar.

Done!!!

Guys, the Ignore List works great! You can see that the person has posted something, but you can't read the contents of the post.

Click on User CP at the top left of your screen.
Under Settings & Options, click on Edit Ignore List
Add the ID of the person you want to ignore
Click on Save Changes
