Agreed, pass. When my motor let go last year, I half heartedly tried to sell the car as is ('99 C2, 92k miles) for $12k with minimal interest on it. So I dropped in a factory reman but it cost me $15k out the door with shipping from Sunset and my indy doing the labor (prices have gone up). That did include a new clutch assembly and flywheel though. Hope this helps!
