And he wants to sell it because with all that extra HP he had an unfair advantage over other 996s and the guilt was killing him. That and the Porsche crest starting delaminating.

i have a modified evo intake which includes filter and bracket for relocating pump. i modified the evo unit to include the oem snorkal. i noticed that the snorkal that came with the evo did not align with the rubber gromet on the engine lid. additionally the evo snorkal does not have the flange that makes a tight seal with the rubber gromet on the engine lid. all you need to do is remove the oem snorkal from the stock unit and attach to the evo body using a couple of small self tapping screws. see the pic below. the evo unit combined with a sport exhaust makes for a incredible sound. I am willing to sell unit for $150.00 plus shipping. pm me if anybody is interested.

"I had this kit on my 996 for a year and it made a huge difference in accelleration"

Uh, no it didn't. I'm fairly sure Porsche engineers figured out how to get air into the engine.

How's the filter's condition? Pics? If it includes everything (brackets, filter, etc) I'll take it.
