Part # question and how to install??

I took out my secondary air injection yesterday and in the process the old rubber-threaded grommets came apart on me. First, does anybody know the part number for these two pieces and additionally, the correct way to re-install them? I tried lubing them up with silicon and pressing them in but that's how one met its demise. Thanks,

Yea, I know. It happens to me M-F from 8am to 6pm. Sometimes on weekends too.
