Oh...it isn't enough that he has an anally clean car....now he has to throw in the 34 inch waist bit to rub a little salt in the wounds.....I was considering doing this until I read the part about the 34 inch waist, now I know the job is impossible.

When Gary (O.E.) and his wife throw a party, he removes the oil pan and serves the hot hors d'oeuvres on it!

Gary is incredible!
I saw his p-car in a picture where the car was examinated by 3 referees in a Detail concours.... incredible!! I'm sure they couldn't find any tiny bit in the car

Gary does a great job in his car

The judges looked CSI Miami haha

NO Kidding,... If I could get up to a 34" I would be really happy. I am stuck at 32" since like Jr high... 34 isnt in the cards for me... but I can dream

OK,

With fpb111's last post, this has got to be the mother of all high-jacked-threads!

Default possible leak source

I just replaced my crankcase ventilation hose due to a small hole in the plastic hose that was dripping onto my right (passenger) side header and on very rare occassions onto the garage floor. 99% of the leaking oil burned cooked on the header and other parts on right side of engine.

The end result comes out looking pretty good. Here is what the car looks like with 65,000 miles on it.

That is unreal!!!You have given us all some hope towards cleaner engines. Great oic!

Looks good, but why? Who is looking at the underside of your car? That's the equivalent of vacuuming under your bed

Actually, I can understand Orient's desire to "keep it clean guys"....I find myself with the same sort of feelings about the underside of my 930.....just a desire to be able to look under there and see things all in order and neat. My DD is another matter...just to much work to keep up on it.

+1

It's another way to enjoy. I've just come back from an oil change + filter.
The oil change is good for the car, but I spent a nice short while doing this task, cleaning the rims inside an doing a general checking.
