Default Tranny leak?

How do I check the tranny fluid level?

Thats your diff, should be a plug above towards the top of the plate.

I thought that the trans and the diff share the same fill plug and drain plug?

Level when you open the fill plug the fluid should be right there. IE you fill it right up via the fill plug until it starts to pour out the side.

I found the drain and level plugs but couldn't get either of them loose.. I'm soo weak..
