I agree, but I have absolutely not one bad word to say about the C6. The build quality was exceptional and the car did everything it was supposed to do flawlessly. It just wasn't a Porsche.

The only feature of the C6 that I really miss is the heads up display. If the government was ever going to mandate a safety device this should be one of them. Your eyes never leave the road and all the data you could ever need is right there in front of you. Even the NAV directions appear in the display.

But, like I said, it's not a Porsche!

Congrats Joe! Beautiful car... not that this is remorse, but my first choice was the Seal Gray; the Arctic Silver I ended up with was second... but I do love the Cabs... Great comments about C6 vs. P-car - I have a buddy here, Chevy guy through and through (we take turns bashing each other's trucks, my F-150 and his Chevy 1500... and everything else Chevy)... Your comments seem objective enough (but more or less in my favor) and I'll share them with him.

Thanks.

I was about to buy an Arctic 4S from a dealer in Detroit. In fact, I was about to send off the check, when a chance view of the inventory of a local dealer showed the Seal Grey. It is my favorite also (my 02 C2 Coupe was Seal) and they worked me a great deal. The rest is history.
