How do you like this response to my email inquiry?

Hi there,

It has all the papers as well as the service book. About the car I can say that does not drip, leak, lean, smoke, pull to one side, vibrate, or make funny noises. The condition is excellent. It has never been in ANY wreck, has never hit a curb, was never hit while parked, the alignment is perfect, it tracks smooth at any speed. It has a clean CarFax which confirms the accuracy of the mileage. It has a clear title and it will be signed and notarized on your name as soon as the payment will be completed.
I want this transaction to be as smooth as possible as I am caught in the middle of some very important events and have very few time at my disposal. The price I am selling it for is just $24,950 including shipping costs anywhere in the continental US and insurance charges.
Regarding the payment I am aware of the buyer's protection and we will use eBay's motors vehicle purchase protection program which will hold the payment until you receive and inspect the car.You will be asked to make the deposit of $24,950 eBay Motors;
By sending your deposit to eBay you are not buying the car, is just the way the program works (and in case you buy the car it will give you a 1 month/1000 miles guarantee). However, it is 100% refundable if the car is not as described.
If you are interested in this car please provide me the following information's necessary to take a decision :
-your full name and address for shipping
-eBay ID
-your phone #
-any negative feedback and if so ... for what reason
Once again I apologies for requesting this but I need to be sure I am dealing with interested people as I really don't have much time to spear.

Thank you.

Default Classic advance-fee fraud- or so called Nigeria 419 scam.

That's a classic advance-fee fraud- or so called Nigeria 419 scam. You're asked to make the eBay deposit, the car will never arrive and the seller will send you a fake check as refund, asking you to release the eBay deposit after the check has cleared. The trick is that the fake check is good and will initially clear but gets finally rejected about 2 weeks later when presented to the "issuing" bank. By then, the "seller" will have your deposit and is gone. The phone# is from a pre-paid phone and the e-mail usually from gmail or hotmail.

I have no idea what you fellas are talking about. I inquired about the car last week, and had a PPI done. After all is said and done, the paintwork is flawless and the car is just about perfect, except for a dinged muffler tip.

After negotiating, the owner knocked off 350 for my ppi and I drove it home yesterday, with new title in hand. It's a ridiculous car, the pull on that thing is stunning. So....for all of you skeptics....stay skeptical, as this message is an absolute scam as well. Don't be such suckers!

I would send the money just to make sure, if it's real, you are good............ Actually, send me the money first, I know him and will broker for you. I require only $7500 down and you can pay the rest upon arrival as I'm including my free shipping from Dubai.
