Default For Sale: 2000 C2 coupe w/ new motor and warranty

I've decided to go ahead and move on to something else (probably a 335i). The wife is talking another baby and she was none too pleased when my motor blew anyway.
I will be posting photos later on, but wanted to throw it out there for anyone interested. The car is in great shape inside and out, esp. considering it's a 2000. Of course, my crate motor was done by a Porsche dealer and has the 2 year warranty (I think the motor has been in the car for about 2 months). They also installed new motor mounts.
I had the 60,000 mile service done right before the motor let go. So, I have no apologies for this car. Everything is straight on it and I can let you speak to my dealer to affirm that. It needs nothing.
It is black w. sav. beige and has around 61,000 miles, give or take a mile or two. The new motor doesn't even have 1000 miles yet. I will give specifics when I get home.
I added carbon shift ****, carbon ignition surroud from Eric, and carbon hazard surround from Eric. The car didn't come with many options. It does have the turbo twist wheels and alcantara head liner.
Please email with any interest. I am asking $29,000.

Man, hate to see you sell and lose a SC guy, but understand the reasons. It's a great color combo, good luck with the sale!

Car is a good bargain. Sometimes it's just better to put a bad experience behind you. Good luck.

I will be trading it if it doesn't sell. So, if you're interested, don't be afraid to make an offer. I would rather see someone other than the dealer get a deal on my car.

I had the 60,000 mile service done shortly before the motor blew. The car now has around 61,100 miles. The new motor was installed on May 30, 2008. The new motor has roughly 500 miles on it. The VIN is WP0AA2992YS620508. Listed factory options are: 424- auto climate control, 490- hi-fi sound system, 659- on board computer.

how much did the dealer offer you on a trade ? i was offered $22k for my 68k mile black on black 99 996 5sp with an aero pkg....and that was a real wholesale number...either trade or they were willing to write a check...we were $3k away from a deal
