I have a set of 18" sport classic wheels and just bought a set of 993turbo-twist wheels.
The new 5-spoke are thicker where the bolt goes thru so less of the bolt can be used.
Is this ok or should I buy new longer bolts? The difference seems to be 3-4mm.

if changing wheels, the length of the bolts should NEVER be shorter than the original stock setup.... for eg: if you add a 7mm spacer, you need bolts that are 7mm longer than the stock bolts.
