Default Dead battery on a hot summer day

My poor car must be angry with me. Right after putting it up for sale, the battery goes dead on me on one of the hottest days of the summer. I can't complain, it was about 4 years old and I did leave the power on the Sirius receiver and the radar detector for a few days. I probably could have coaxed a few more months out of it, but figured since I was selling, a new battery was in order.

I guess I can expect a nail in one of the tires next. In any case I am not getting much action on it which is not a surprise. So I think my next post may be a picture of it hitting the 100,000 mark. I was not terribly motivated to sell, although selling a Porsche does seem to ensure domestic tranquility. It seems many wives just don't understand the whole allure of a Porsche.
