Sometimes the right thing to do is a hard thing to do
It's official. The 996 is for sale. It is the right thing to do at this point in time. Simple as that. I want my company to be a success and I must put forth 100% of my attention to it. I love my car, but I would rather sacrifice her now for a GT3 later when my company succeeds.
Thank you all for your kind support and messages over the past few weeks. Please, DO NOT feel bad for me. I know I am doing the right thing. It is the right thing for my future, my family's future and I do believe it will pay off down the twisty road ahead.
To anyone who is interested here is the listing:
996 for sale
Feel free to email me if you are seriously interested - info@c-austindesign.com
cheers,
Chad

Love for special cars never dies. Chad, it's just a car. You'll get another even better one when the time is right. Best of luck with the new company. All of us on the board will be pulling for you!

Chad, as you already know, I speak from experience on this one. I hate to see you do this, but you have to do what you think is best. If your car were in my current price zone, it would already have a "Sold" sign on it! Good luck with the business.

Good luck Chad! Sorry to see you sell so soon after acquiring. But as Tim said...there are plenty of fish in the sea. Best of luck in growing your business...I'm sure you will reap the benefits.

Obviously, you don't lack car talent regarding the numerous mods you've performed on your current car. Sounds like your business growth is, and should be your priority Chad, based on your previous threads. When the time is right, you'll be doing something cool to your next car, and hopefully it will be funded by a healthy business decision that you are making now. (God that sounds too responsible).

Chad, Nice car.
I see you are in Atlanta. If the sale falls thru, you might talk to these guys about consigning it.http://www.gearsmotorsports.com/company.htm
They move alot of Porsches as well as other exotics.
No affiliation blah blah. Good Luck!
