Just wanted to stop in and say hello. I have been lurking for a while and just pulled the trigger on a 99 ocean blue metallic over gray. I am very excited and looking forward to be enlightened to the plethora of knowledge available here!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I am definitely going to get some track time here shortly, my only question, well concern, is the tippy durability and the snap oversteer .

The tip is plenty durable and the 996 does not really exihibit snap oversteer. 911's have not had that trait for several generations now.

 

I'm guessing not, as I'm still not seeing any photos. Almost time to bring out Tim for administer some punishment.
